My name is Barbara Munoz. I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2005 in New Mexico. It's nice to meet you! My services consist of Medical Massage, Auto Injury, Workman's Comp, Therapeutic Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.

I promote a lifestyle where wellness is a priority and healing from within is vital. I strive to provide clients with relief and relaxation from the everyday aches, pains, and stresses. I believe in the power of healing hands on the body, ultimately elevating your quality of life.
I invite you to make your first appointment. All appointments must be prepaid.
I know that one massage may help you to relax, but a long term plan will foster healing. There are many perks to being a Loyal Member at Ocean Blue Medical Massage and SPA, LLC. I have a Special Discount for Seniors 60 and up and Students, and if you are a regular client (at least once a month), you also have a discount.
Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure that your massage is not delayed!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request that you please contact me 24 hours in advance at (505) 410-4313 Cell. There is a $50 Cancellation Fee if the cancellation is less than 24 hours. If you have prepaid, then you will receive a store credit for the full amount to be used at another time.
Tardiness Policy
In order to accommodate all clients and give them the same courtesy and treatment, if you are 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened. If you would like the full treatment time, then you will have to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
Sickness Policy
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your
appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 3 hour
notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived. If this office is providing billing services, please be advised of our billing policies.
Cancellation and missed appointments
We do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
Financial Responsibility
Once your insurance is verified, we will bill and accept payment from your insurance company for covered services. In the event the insurance company denies payment or makes partial payment, you are responsible for the balance, deductibles, and co-pays. Your signature confirms your financial responsibility for all services regardless of insurance reimbursement.
Medical Massage is $200 for Worker's Comp, Auto Collision Injury, and Personal Injury with Soap Notes.
For out-of-pocket Medical Massage, it is $150 with Soap Notes. This must be prepaid, and you will be given a receipt to be reimbursed along with your SOAP NOTES.
We accept a Letter of Protection from your Lawyer, payment of $50 must be prepaid before each scheduled appointment and you will be given a receipt.
The amount that I charge is for my years of knowledge and education, and my continuing education, which aids in my learning of new and improved ways to help achieve a decrease in pain and increase range of motion to bring your body back to homeostasis.
Assignment of Benefits
Your signature authorizes and directs payment of medical benefits to the massage/bodywork
practitioner, for services provided by this office.
Release of Medical Records
Your signature authorizes the release of all of your medical records. For the purpose of
processing your claim, I will use this release of Medical Records to send all pertinent information to the following: your attorney, the healthcare providers attending to this condition, and the insurance case managers. Medical records will not be edited.
